First of all, I enjoy this game a lot. I play more than most. However, I get errors all the time and support hardly ever rectifies it. I've had numerous events that stop working and customer support pretty much just apologize, that's it. I also get locked out of battles I finished and have to keep reopening the game until they become available. A special currency you get for beating towers, when I try to spend it my game crashes. I have over 300k and normally it's 5k. Idk

I love the game. I had an issue with the game freezing and reached out for an answer. The team here responded within a week or so and informed me that the problem was with compatibility to the Pixel. The issues have been fixed. I was also informed that any in game purchase would remove ads. That was a great tip. So, ads are back. I'm lowering my rating to 2. I was told an in game purchase would remove them. After 2 months, they're back. Do I have to make a purchase every 2 months???

The potential for a good game is present. The graphics are great, game play is straightforward and game modes are plenty. The huge downfall is you need to pay to get any sort of progression. Energy refills pitifully slowly and special events are impossible to clear unless you've paid to level up. Character selection is also fairly lacking but that should build as the game ages. Server connectivity is hit-or-miss lately and PvP is a complete bug-fest that needs to be pulled until it's fixed.
