I love the game and it is well developed. However, there are 2 issues that are very frustrating. First, I have played 1000's of hands over the years. But each time I get a new phone I lose all of my history and have to start all over with level 1. Also, like others have mentioned, the ads are really impacted the enjoyment of the game. I even broke down and paid for the ad-free version at $2.99 for 6 months. And I am still getting the relentless ads.

I love the actual gameplay but the ads are HORRIBLE. Some of them you have to click THREE times to close. That is just ridiculous. And the Snapchat ads? No matter what you do to click the X, the first Snapchat ad page WILL OPEN SNAPCHAT if you have it. It's the most infuriating thing I have ever come across. I am so upset with the ads I'm probably going to uninstall this app. It's a shame, because it's a great Solitaire app but the ads are going to drive me to the MADHOUSE.

Hey, each ad should provide you with a close or skip option (“X”, "»»", etc.) after a short timer. If you encounter an unskippable ad in the future, please force close the app, reopen it and submit a message through the in-game Support page. It's impossible to play this game with an advertisement banner constantly streaming at the top of the screen. So infuriating, I am unable to concentrate on the game. I had to uninstall the app after only 10 minutes. The app used to stream ads on the bottom of the screen, which was bad enough, but this is the absolute limit. Please change back to original format.
